About this house rental
Jasper`s Guest House is located across the street from Pioneer Park that houses a free aviary that is home to rare pheasants and magnificent peacocks. It is also minutes away from Whitman College, downtown Walla Walla and many wineries and tasting rooms. We welcome our guests with a bottle of Walla Walla red upon check-in.
PET FEE: $100 pet fee applies (2 dog max). Please add your pet to your reservation when booking.

House Rules:
Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later. Check-out is 10:00 AM. Early or late requests must be approved in advance and may include a fee.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. You may have up to 4 additional daytime visitors, provided they do not stay overnight and all house rules, including quiet hours and no events, are followed.
Exceeding the maximum overnight occupancy of the home without approval may result in a minimum $500 fee and/or immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
No smoking or vaping inside the home. A minimum $250 fee will apply for violations.
Pets must be approved in advance where allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees.
This property includes a $50 Safely damage protection policy covering up to $3,000 in accidental damages. Guests are responsible for any damage not covered, including misuse or rule violations.
Please follow all posted rules for amenities (hot tub, pool, etc.), as additional fees may apply for misuse. Improper use of the hot tub that requires draining or additional cleaning may result in a $250 service fee.
Some homes may have exterior security cameras at entry points, which are disclosed within the listing. There are no cameras inside the home.
Homes on septic systems require care. Only toilet paper may be flushed. Do not flush wipes, paper towels, or feminine products, as damage may result.

Welcoming from the first time through the door to locking up. The whole place was exceptionally clean, well stocked with necessities (soap, toilet paper, etc). Even had a bowl of water out for our dogs which got used instantly. Bedrooms and beds were comfortable. HVAC system was easy to control and kept home at our favorite temperature. Fenced backyard was so nice - including the hardy but beautiful landscaping. Only complaint was the unevenness of the back patio slabs. Caused a few stumbles but easily recovered. I would recommend this to families and travelers with dogs. The park across the street made for a lovely walk in the morning, and the peacocks from the aviary delighted us each time.
