The hotel was absolutely beautiful and immaculate. We had such a wonderful and tranquil stay there. Staff were all extremely accommodating and helpful and the 24/7 whatsapp service was a fabulous touch.
The facilities (pool and gym) were great and very quiet.
The private beach was also wonderful, with gorgeous sunsets (and ended up being the site of our engagement!).
The hotel stay and amenities were not cheap, but it’s definitely justified by the exceptional service.
We had one evening meal at the hotel restaurant, which was rather pricey (not unusual for the area!) but also definitely not amazing. For main, I had grilled octopus but one tentacle was chewy, and the other tasted entirely like kerosene (presumably from the grill), so that was a little disappointing. My partner’s fish was also a bit soggy (no crispy skin!). That being said, the charcuterie and desserts were delicious, and lunch we had on another day was very nice. Overall, I’m not sure the food was good value for money given the costs. We went for other meals in/around Porto-Vecchio which were much better quality for a similar price.

The location was good, car distance to the beaches and old town. Great breakfast.
They were not flexible with food outside of hours. After a day traveling in the car, we arrived just after lunch time and they couldn’t provide food. They suggested we head back out again (which was what we did) to get food after traveling 8 hours to get there! I don’t expect this from a 4 star hotel. We also had an issue with the fish we ordered, we ordered 1kilo fish and got charged for 1,5k and they would not do anything about this also the price of the fish was totally exorbitant to start with! But if you venture to the old town, lots of amazing restaurants. Also from the photos, you think you’re on the beach, but due to the location of the hotel, it’s more like being on a lake. The beach at the hotel is also very underwhelming.
