The staff were particularly friendly and helpful. I can only name one, Leah, who went above and beyond to help us with laundry and booking an extra day. We were attending the funeral of a family member so it was hugely appreciated. There was another staff member who was feeding the cockatoos and we got some spectacular photos. Thanks to all.
The shower leaks water into the bathroom which made it messy and difficult. The cups were small - other rooms had good sized mugs.

Location was perfect for an overnight stay during our northbound road trip.
Check in was so easy and very clever when reception isn't manned.
No side table or lamp for reading in bed.
The tea towel, that is supplied by all properties we have stayed in - aren't absorbent.

It was below average ..old . Definitely needs upgrading. It served its purpose though..just needed a place that was pet friendly
Was too small for a pet friendly room . As mentioned above definitely needs an upgrade . Shower pressure was very low
