The set up or design is top notch, the staff is super friendly, the breakfast is lovely, but I feel they should add more options to their menu

I booked two rooms, one for me and my wife, the room was good, the only problem was water which stops running at times whilst taking the shower. The second room for my sons, when we got there, it was having a terrible smell. After asking for assistance from the staff, they informed me there seems to be a problem with drainage. they tried to clean the place and promised the issue will be sorted the next day. We left the next day in the morning, I reminded staff to attend to the issue, upon coming back after sunset, there was still a terrible drainage smell. I requested staff to kindly to see the manager, which never happened. I explained to them that my son has sinuses and a history of bronchitis, and that I did not want him to sleep in such a place again, especially since it was no longer emergency. However, all they could do was to clean the place again, only for the smell to be back in a few hours time. Even the third night it was the same thing, there was no contingency plan, no apology whatsoever. Despite my complaints, my kids were made to sleep in that unhealthy room for three days.
