Apartment Kaprun near Ski Lift & Glacier

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Karla's wonderful accommodation, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we reached out with questions, Karla's responsiveness was remarkable, always there to assist within minutes. Her warmth and friendliness made us feel instantly welcome. Karla's flexibility with our late check-in request was greatly appreciated, especially after a long journey from Macedonia. Her accommodating nature truly made us feel valued as guests. Upon arrival by car, Karla graciously provided a designated parking spot within the premises, alleviating any concerns about parking availability. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, boasting an extensive array of amenities, making it effortless to find whatever we needed. The cleanliness of the entire apartment and house was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay. The apartment offered stunning views of Kaprun and the Kitzsteinhorn slopes, enhancing the overall experience. The convenience of the ski storage area on the ground floor was a game-changer. Not only did it keep our equipment organized, but the warmth of the room also ensured that our ski boots dried quickly, ready for another day on the slopes. In summary, the accommodation was exceptional, and I would eagerly return in the future. Karla's hospitality and the quality of the facilities truly made for an unforgettable stay.

Everything was exceptional.

The room was very cosy and private, with everything that was needed to prepare meals, hair dryer and dishwasher with tabs (there was no information about both facilities, it would be good to add it 😊 ) There is enough space for drying ski clothes, a lot of slots for different devices and amazing view 😊 very good Wi-Fi, close to ski station, very close to supermarket Billa and to the center with all night life, the car is not necesarry.

We had a little problem to locate the apartament, maybe there should be more information how to depart.

The view is amazing, the room is clean and has everything you need. Very good wi-fi.

Beautiful, cozy and clean property by lovely hosts. Property is at hill side at the end of the road with beautiful view. Closest lift is 20 minutes on foot and bus is also available.

Until our stay we had no contact with the hosts which were lovely and friendly but with agency that’s running the bookings. Agency has place for the improvement with communication, at times it sounded like a scam with request for payment via clicking at the link. Also until last message they were communicating in German only.

cleanliness and location

Fabulous Apatment close to centre of Kaprun . Super friendly owner, very large comfortable room with stunning views and a balcony for al fresco dining or an evening glass of wine. So much to do in area around the apartment. Kaprun high reservoirs, Kitzsteinhorn, Zell am see. The list goes on. All beautifull. Wish I had booked for longer. Loved it.

Nothing

The location was just perfect and the view from the windows and the balcony was breathtaking - you could see the Kitzsteinhorn directly. It was also possible to come with a cat - a big bonus! The apartment had a nice bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen. There's a coffee maker available too (you can buy the matching coffee pads in the store nearby). Parking spot was available.

Overall it has been a GREAT stay, but> - on the way there we knew that we will have a delay and we wanted to call the apartment to inform about the new time of arrival, and all the numbers were redirecting us to the company in Netherlands, no one was picking up and there was literally no way of contacting them. Luckily it turned out that the owners live in the same building, so there was no problem in picking up the key. - pillows were really hard
