Ocena 5/10 wynika tylko z lokalizacji i dobrej kawy. Wszystkie najważniejsze atrakcje, w tym Watykan i Koloseum są w odległości max 30min spacerem. 3 minuty do Piazza Navona i 1 min do sklepu spożywczego
W każdym kącie i półce gruba warstwa kurzu. Pod prysznicem grzyb w brodziku i na ścianach. Zamiast prysznica była deszczownica, więc woda ciągle leci człowiekowi na głowę i moczy włosy. Rozkładana sofa w salonie jest zarwana i na środku człowiek śpi w dziurze. Wszystkie ściany są brudne i nadają się do malowania.
Na łóżkach nie ma kołder, tylko (nie wiadomo, czy prane) koce owinięte prześcieradłem.
Całe mieszkanie nadaje się do remontu. Wygląda to tak, jakby właściciel udostępniał mieszkanie, w którym sam na co dzień przebywa.
