Mi è piaciuto tutto, ambiente bello, accogliente e pulito.

The room is not equipped with air conditioning (as stated in the room description) but only with some "cooling system" that is supposed to decrease the temperature by approx. 5 degrees. After a very hot day (36 degrees) the temperature in the under-the-roof apartment did not get under 30 degrees during whole night. In my view, the apartment description should be changed to reflect properly the reality.
