Great location and Rudy was so helpful. The room was simple but clean and the ac was good.
Pretty beat up on the outside. I think that’s kind of what to expect in st Thomas.

Rudy and Natalie are wonderful. Both go out of their way to make you feel welcome, safe and secure. I have stayed multiple times and I have nothing but the best to say about my visists. The location is fantastic. Being located Downtown, restaurants and sights are within walking distance. Natalie is available until 3:00 to prepare meals; breakfast, lunch or dinner. She posts her entrees daily and I so enjoy her cooking. If I call ahead, she will prepare the meal before she closes for the day. There is a microwave so I can reheat if necessary. This property is the best "mom and pop" I have found on St. Thomas. My stay there is always a delight.
The parking is limited, but it is not the fault of the proprietors. Parking is limited on the island for places other than large hotels.

The rooms are very small, but clean! As I walked in I smelled the cleanliness! The ac and ceiling fan worked very good.

good location, very friendly staff
while not dirty, the overall property looks very dilapidated and not well maintained, and we did see small roaches in one of our rooms.
