Die Lage mitten auf dem Golfplatz & die grandiose Aussicht. Geräumige Zimmer.
Das komplette Mobiliar ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, insbes. die Küche. Die Bäder haben dringenden Sanierungsbedarf. Außerdem sollten die Poolliegen & Auflagen baldmöglichst erneuert werden.
