The Staff. They were wonderful at all times. They seem to hire a lot of people and they all were very friendly. The room was huge and we listened to ocean all night. Would love to stay there again.

This place has potential. The seaview was really nice. Room was big and the pool area inviting. Huge size breakfast.
This place is totally overpriced. The room, services and food cost too much compared to other places in Bali and to what you get. The staff really try to do the best they can, with more english skills could do a lot better. I needed to ask for room cleaning and water. The food has mainly no taste. And sadly the main pool was out of use for two days!
