We love the pool which is close to our room, and close to the sea. Staff is always welcoming, helpful and service great. Food is good, and the beer is cold. Massages are easily arranged and always very relaxing. Grounds are always neat and tidy.
We were amazed that there weren't more guests. We don't understand why BBC is not booked out!

Prachtig hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel!
Toen mijn man onverwacht naar het ziekenhuis moest, waren ze zo behulpzaam!!

The Staff. They were wonderful at all times. They seem to hire a lot of people and they all were very friendly. The room was huge and we listened to ocean all night. Would love to stay there again.
Could only stay one day. Not enough

This place has potential. The seaview was really nice. Room was big and the pool area inviting. Huge size breakfast.
This place is totally overpriced. The room, services and food cost too much compared to other places in Bali and to what you get. The staff really try to do the best they can, with more english skills could do a lot better. I needed to ask for room cleaning and water. The food has mainly no taste. And sadly the main pool was out of use for two days!
