Everything was top notch, from the room to the welcome drink to the services, even the toileteries were absolutely worth the amount.

The hotel was beautiful and very well maintained, staff was very friendly, check in and check out time in the reception was fast.
The only thing we where not happy with was the room service. The waiting time was quite long, as there seemed to be only two or three staff members handling the orders. We had to call several times to check on our order and ask when it would arrive.

1-Smell of the apartment because of the wood decoration
2- no clear information we need to pull information about parking, breakfast buffet we did not know there are 2 options, use buggy for moving anywhere
3- need to wait for a buggy/golf cart for more than 12 minutes every time we go to the main building for breakfast and to get our car
4- the nearest beach to my apartment was closed so need to walk under the sun for 10 minutes with my 4 years kid
A lot of not professional issues and this absolutely the last time at this hotel
