Sea & pines

We had our own private man cave with ping pong, table football and everything else we needed. Host even gave us an inflatable kayak since we only had one. The apartment was clean, sea was on less then a five minutes walk - but we usually went to the Pilatusha pine beach, which is on a 5min ride to the north-west - and there was even a pet turtle in the garden.

Pleasant

Close to the beach and center of the place, it has a balcony with the view of the sea, although the view is not that open and is a bit obstructed.

The room had strange smell, furniture was a bit worn out, not as clean as expected, TV had no channels on it, you could only surf the web, had no reserve bed cover, the trash was not emptied for the entire trip, only one kitchen cloth, there was wired smell in the shower, not cleaned once for the entire trip

Modern - spacious room - big bathroom and space in the shower. warm welcome by the host, who gave us some valuable information about area. Great to have a parking spot right in front of the property.

PowerPoints were loose, and dangerous to pull the plug. Aa a suggestion: maybe some Nescafé for an early morning coffee.

rude owner, he forgot when we arive so room was not ready, only 2 smal towels for 5 day and owner refused to give us some fresh towels, TV was not working, also old cooking hob whit no labels.

Comfortable place.

The place.

The aircondition. It was to hot about at the midday. We did’nt have something to wish the table and the equipment. A knife for bred. We would like to have a cooker.

Not the best accommodation experience for us

Good location, close to the beach, seaport and shops. We received another room than booked (smaller, with no sitting area, but still big enough) but with bigger balcony and kind of a sea view, comfortable king bed and big bathroom with two sinks :) The host was ok, he helped us with some recommendations in the area, and was unhesitating to solve minor inconveniences.

The place was full of smashed unremoved mosquitoes on the walls, ceilings and on TV (mosqito net only in the bathroom, but there was a repellent device available in the room). The duvet was stained, even found some pretty long hair threads (2) on the sheet under the blanket, the freezer was so full of frost that it couldn't stay closed, the stove hood extremely dirty, the internet connection very poor, most times non-existent. There was only one socket near every side of the bed, so you either have night light or charge your phone, no other socket available except in the bathroom. There was no dish soap in the first day, but we received one after asking. We didn't apreciate the host rigidity to check-out not a minute later than 10:00 am (we wanted to leave our packed things like an hour or two over 10am while we take a last dip in the sea). Not the most relaxing experience

Perfect villa by the beach!

I was wowed as soon as the owner showed us the room - it was even nicer than in the pictures! King size comfy bed, fully equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom, a desk/table for those who may need to work…and everything was in good taste. Oh and the balcony is so great that you can pretty much spend the whole day there (though there are some really nice sandy beaches to check out nearby). Make sure you try the breakfast there - you will definitely feel royal ;) Last but not least, the owners are super nice and accommodating. I would love to go back!

Nice stay in Pakoštane

Everything was great! The room was cozy and very clean, just like on the pictures! The big plus is thd location, in the center of Pakoštane, just near fhe beach, store, restaurants and caffe bars! Lanlord Ana was super kind and sympathetic! We even checked in earlier as we asked so I highly recomend Villa Lena and we'll come back for sure!

The convenience, cleanliness, the breakfast, the space , the views, the host. It was all perfect. A great restaurant 50 m away.

It's not the properties issue but we chose one of the most popular times to visit Pakoštane, mid-July. We'll be back but May, June or September.

Exceptional

Very friendly & helpful host. Room was perfect for us as a couple. The accommodation was in a quite area although the centre is in 100 meters or so as well as a beach. You can find a sandy beach nearby too. All in all we had a great stay in Villa Lena.

Good choice.

We really liked the studio. Wonderful interier, everything is new. Very nice and kind hosts,. The apartma is acctually near the center, near the store. Beach is not far away.

The balcony was a small with view to the road. The cooking plate is small (2 plates).

Beautiful apartments

We stayed in the studio apartment for few nights. The place is very pretty and comfortable (completely inline with the pics). It’s close to the beaches and restaurants, free parking just in front of the apartment. David was very kind and waited for us even we needed to check in pretty late. Thank you for the recommendation of the good restaurant nearby, it was excellent:).

Great location, close to the beach and to city center shops and activities but far enough to be quiet. Newly renovated and fully furnished studio with reserved parking spot. Great accommodation and nice host

Majoituspaikka sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla, jossa on ranta, ravintolat ja muutama ruokakauppa lähellä. Ennen saapumista viestittely sujui hyvin majoittajan kanssa. Hän laittoi sisäänkirjatumisen aamuna viestiä ja sovimme, miten saamme avaimet. Huone oli kauniisti sisustettu ja parveke meren suuntaan oli kiva. Huoneessa oli riittävästi astioita.

Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht

Netter Gastgeber. Er hat uns sein Stand-Up-Paddle angeboten, damit konnten wir die kleineren Inseln um Pakoštane anpaddeln. Wir waren bereits um 13 Uhr vor Ort und konnten direkt einchecken. Der Checkout verlief auch super einfach.

Wir hatten leider Probleme mit unserem Zimmer "Kornati", wie bspw. schwarzen Schimmel im Schlafzimmer. Wir haben die Probleme angesprochen und der Gastgeber hat sich mehrfach entschuldigt und sofort darauf reagiert und das Zimmer nochmals komplett gereinigt. Er hat uns als Alternative ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Dieses haben wir zur Sicherheit angenommen. Leider hat er nicht erwähnt, dass daneben ein Kindergarten ist. Das heißt ab 06:30 Uhr war täglich extremer Lärm bis circa 20 Uhr. Man konnte nicht schlafen und war auch ungern auf dem Zimmer. Wir würden beim nächsten Mal eine andere Unterkunft mieten. Zumal der Preis von der Villa Lena höher ist als bei anderen.

Apartmán můžeme doporučit, vše bylo super a rádi se sem znovu vrátíme.

Vkusně, moderně zařízený, čistý a prostorný apartmán a terasa. Milý a příjemný majitel. Poloha apartmánu cca 200 m od pláže a od centra. Vše bylo super.

Idealer Urlaubsort, sehr ruhige Umgebung, ideal zum relaxen

sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber, die Wohnung war genau wie angegeben. Gute und ruhige Umgebung, nur 2-3 Gehminuten zum Strand. Viele und vor allem sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe, alle ca. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ideales Urlaubsziel. Gerne wieder.

Alles super, netter Vermieter, tolle Unterkunft

Sehr nette Vermieter. Das Zimmer ist für einen Aufenthalt im Herbst super, im Sommer würde ich eine andere Unterkunft wählen aufgrund der Lage.
