Finola is a lovely host at her gorgeous house, and Rocco the Scottie dog is an adorable bonus. Beautiful home and rooms, comfortable, immaculately clean and super close to the main town. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Roscaoin House for one night at the end of August. This was my first time in Westport and I'm so glad that Roscaoin House was my introduction! The location is great - a short, direct walk from the train station down Altamount Street, and a stone's throw from the lovely Mall and town centre. I received a warm welcome from Finola, the owner, who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The house is a handsome old property full of beautiful and characterful period features and furnishings. I had an amazing night's sleep in my cosy room - I really felt so at home - and the next morning Finola served the best scrambled eggs I have EVER tasted! My plans were taking me elsewhere but I was sorry to leave... not least because I was smitten with little Rocco the Westie! Thank you again Finola for a lovely experience.

Great choice of breakfast - Fruit Cereal full Irish breakfast. Beautiful house well furnished and maintained. Location very good just short walk to town and beautiful Greenway walk beside Roscaoin House. Finola the proprietor lovely woman and greeted her guests with a warm welcome and made them feel at home.

Lovely accommodation in a very well kept house. Fionnuala is a fantastic host and her Westie Rocco is a lovely little dog. Best sleep we’ve had on our holiday in Ireland so far and the best breakfast by a mile. Will keep you going all day.
Perfect location for everything Westport has to offer.
