Its location and quietness
Very poor / minimum communication from the owner, lack of clear information especially at arrival. Nothing is organized to make the guest feel welcome. Our feelings were mixed : nothing bad, but we felt ignored and isolated.

The location is great. Close enough to the town but far from noise.
The service could be better. The breakfast was just ok and the couple taking cere of the property is a little grumpy and they forget important information such as the time to make breakfast reservations. They don't have any payment option other than cash. Only cash payments on everything.

The structure had a nice view from the terrace overlooking Salento. Surrounded by nature, it was quiet and just a 10-minutes walk to town.
The staff was very absent, not particularly friendly, and didn't ask a single time if we needed anything during our stay. The room was very cold due to only having traditional windows that don't close properly. As a result, there was mold all over the ceiling and a mouldy smell. It was also very dark, so that we had to keep the light on all the time.
