Perfect location. Few minutes walk to the lake and few minutes to the town centre. You can park your car inside or in front of the house on the street. Street parking is free. You can eat your breakfast on the terrace. There is a pool.

The location was good, a walking distance to the train station, the town centre and the the lake. There are a few decent restaurants nearby as well. The breakfast was fine (especially if you are a meat eater and don't mind the ubiquitous fruit flies), with surprisingly good coffee. Having access to the pool was nice, although it was closed on Sunday with no explanation. The decor and the overall feel was quite old-fashioned.
The room and the bathroom were very small (we booked a room without a balcony) and got very hot very quickly - there was an air-conditioning unit but no way to turn it on. The shared kitchenette felt slightly grubby.
