Very modern and clean and friendly staff.
No tvs in the rooms and the beds need to be changed, they aren’t too comfortable.

Overall service. Breakfast was excellent and everyone went over and above what we could expect including recommendations and booking of restaurants, trips and little extras. eg a decanter of sherry in our room, fresh milk and filtered water in fridge, packed breakfast when we went out early.
