25m2 apartment that is offerd as 50m2

The apartments are right at the beach in a peaceful village near Šibenik.

We booked the “50m2 apartment with 2 bedrooms”, which is a BIG white LIE! The apartment is maybe 25m2, so 2 bed’s are placed in the “kitchen/dinning room”, the room with the king size bed is so small that man can’t put a small suitcase on the floor! The apartment wasn’t clean at all, dust under the bed’s was flying all over the apartment, because we surprised the owner as he said! We booked it an hour before our arrival! Such Booking host would have to be banned for life!!

Good

Our stay was only 1 night so hard to say long term what it would be like But location was good (depending what your after) its right on the sea front, a short walk to some restaurants and a shop. Very good for the price, compared to others in the same area. Nice side varander with a sea view and large back varander. we where a family of 4.

The rooms where so hot of a night, you do have AC but if left on its right above 1 bed and you end up freezing and the blue light that comes off it keeps you awake. So we had to turn it off. (we where here in July, so very hot) The decor could do with neutralising a bit to keep it modern, but thats personal taste, not an issue as such. Like we said only here for 1 night stop off so hard to get a true feel of the area and place.

Very well located, but poorly designed apartment which is too small for 2 people(like a single room)

The host is kind and friendly. The accommodation is in a very good location right on the beach. The city is also close, and in the area, you can reach restaurants and shop on foot.

The apartment advertised for two people is very small, not suitable for 2 people - neither the bed nor cabinets, shelves for packing so you get dressed from your bag or suitcase if you have a place to put it. There is no space at the kitchen counter either, so it is difficult to prepare even breakfast, especially if you get stuck in the room in the wrong weather. There is no kettle and reading lamp. The tiny terrace connected to the garden is nice, but it is not covered, so you can't use it in the rain.

Very good

Well equipped apartment with great balcony views (including sunset) and good windows with shutters. Master Bedroom & main area has modern a/c Zablace is very quiet but has a few nice restaurants walking distance from apartment. There is also a small local shop in Zablace, big supermarket about 10min drive by car. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay

Bili smo 5 noći u Zablaću i sve je proteklo savršeno. Domaćin Robert je zaista sjajan — jedan od najboljih koje smo do sada sreli. Čim smo stigli, lepo nas je dočekao, detaljno nas uputio u sve: gde da parkiramo koja su lepa mesta itd. Bio je izuzetno ljubazan i srdačan, ponudio nas je domaćim vinom i čak nam je velikodušno ponudio da ostanemo još jedan dan, jer je zbog obilnih kiša i bure bio manji problem sa vodom u apartmanu — koji je brzo i efikasno rešen, bez da smo išta osetili. Apartman je bio čist, udoban, dobro opremljen, sa mirnom i lepom lokacijom. Zablaće plaža je na par sekundi hoda i zaista prijatna.

Ez átverés ! 40 m2 két hálószobás apartmant foglaltunk és fizettünk. Ami fogadott bennünket: három helység , összesen 28 m2. Az első helység a fürdőszoba 4m2, üveg tolóajtóval. A második helységben egy dupla ágy, szekrény, 10 m2. Innen nyílik a 4m2 terasz, ahol egy kis asztal és két szék fért el. Csodálatos a kilátás a szomszéd teraszra. A harmadik 14m2 helységben a konyha, kétszemélyes étkező és két egyszemélyes ágy. A konyhában a mikrohullámú sütő az alsó fiókban, mert máshova nem fért el. Külön kiemelném a serpenyőket a mosogató alatt és az 5 literes kuka mellett. Mindezt négy csillaggal hirdetik. Parkolás az utcán, ha későn értünk vissza, akkor a második szomszéd előtt tudtunk parkolni. A szállásadóval az érkezéskor találkoztunk, utána nem.
