- The location was really nice with a beautiful view of the sea. But the view was much better from the rooftop terrace visible in the photos of the booking.
- 5 minutes walking from the bus station to Vis (bus rides are scheduled so that you can take them to Vis to get there in time for the ferry and take you to Komiza when the ferry arrives)
- Plenty of eating places and shops within 5 minutes of walking.
- The beach is practically 1-2 minutes walking distance, if you don't care which beach you go to
- Komiza is very pleasant to walk around
- The kitchenette was fairly nice and fairly well stocked, had a mini fridge too
- There are 2 ATMs right around the corner (careful, high withdrawal fees)
- The AC in the ceiling was very moldy so we didn't want to risk using it. Could use a clean every now and again
- The bathtub was a bit difficult to get out of
Worth investing in a mosquito device if you plan on staying in Komiza during the summer, and if you plan walking around too

What a gem of a place, kind of funny old guest house with lots of character - host was really friendly and couldn’t be more helpful, organised parking for the whole stay which was really appreciated. The balcony we had was worth the money alone sitting in the evening with a bottle of wine. The shared kitchen and roof terrace was great for breakfast overlooking the sea.
The private bathroom was perfectly clean and just over the corridor from our room. The beach mats to bring with us were also a nice touch.

Dream location and beautiful room. We luckily had the balcony all to ourselves during our stay and it looked directly to the sea. It was a 1 min walk to Komiza beach where we could go for a swim and then relax back on the balcony for some shade, reading and wine. There was also a shared kitchen which overlooked the sea and a rooftop terrace. Our room had a private bathroom that was outside of the room and although less convenient, well worth it for the beautiful location. The room and bathroom were also very clean and room had good aircon, storage space and a small fridge. The windows were also extremely soundproof (considering boats would be motoring ability early in the morning). We hope to be back in the future!

The view from the balcony, was fantastic. We enjoyed happy hour nightly with beautiful sunsets. At night we were lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves. Our room and bathroom were on the smaller side but very comfortable and perfect for a 4-night stay. The refrigerator in our room was convenient. Air conditioning, and Wi-fi met our needs. We had everything we needed for preparation of our nightly gourmet meals in the well-equipped community kitchen. The location was great, with just a short walk to restaurants, beaches, the bus stop and marina. We did not rent a car. The host did a great job communicating with us and even went the extra mile to mail an item that we left behind. The closest beach was crowded, but we found a quieter beach, just 15 min from the guesthouse that had full services.
