Collecting keys nightmare from 3 miles away in the middle Sunny Beach resort Menada staff were rude,ignorant and unwelcoming,also said check out was 11 am but came around 8 am for keys

Studio was good for the price, the pool and the restaurant by it were lovely. The car drivers of the complex were kind and the rides were affordable. The complex was calm and suitable for families. The complex was also a very close ride to Sunny Beach.
The check in was late, had to pick up the keys from another location, the staff who I had to pick the keys from wasn’t very attentive.
