Wi Fi too slow and many internet site including VPN is blocked.

Location, the helpful staff & the complimentary drinks and light snacks in the lobby every afternoon. Summer frim the front desk is very friendly & efficient.

i like the location, right at the center of central CBD
Easy access and lots of places to visit, dine and extremely safe area
I thought overall facilities including room is a bit older than I expected.
For the price and location Andaz as a 5 star hotel, i had more expectation than what i have experienced.
I would not revisit this property next time.
