Great hotel with a few imperfections

breakfast is awesome! broad choice and tasty food!

coffee machines were out of order (2 out of 4 I think). Room service was painful to order, internet menu was once not updated, once wrongly updated. Service at the bar in the outside area was really super-slow. Pool is small and often crowded

Not being warned we have been given a PMR room. The level of the massages , suédois and shiatsu was not good. The practitioners definitely did not master these kind of massages. So disappointing.

All the services were of exceptional quality. I particularly liked the lifeguard who was an older man who was constantly walking around monitoring everyone's safety. The others just sat in the room looking down.

I had problems with the shower drainage, and had multiple floods. I also think they could warn you in advance that if you don't have a full-pension that making an evening reservation in the restaurant is impossible. Also, a suggestion would be to have a child care service for a few hours in the day in the "play room" so that parent's get a break.

it says children are welcome poor menu for them they dare not splash or talk in the pool as they would just get glared at by people I. the day spa very uncomfortable we will not be back need to prioritise hotel guests if you want families to pay 1400 for 3 nights

Enjoyable over night stay at beautifully positioned hotel

The view from the room was stunning and the private terrace was fabulous. The room itself was clean and comfortable. We went in the spa which was also great. We didn’t have time to use the outdoor pool. Breakfast was splendid with an extensive and plentiful buffet. The hotel itself feels a bit corporate. Not very personal. Dinner in particular was very disappointing. We ate quite late, and it felt like the chef had gone home and it had been plated up by the waiting staff. We were only there for a day and would have enjoyed using the facilities with more leisure. The location is excellent and it would make a very attractive base to explore other culinary offerings.

Superb

Awesome breakfast, and food in general. Fresh, varied, excellent quality. Pools are very clean. Room cleaning is fast and very efficient and non intrusive. Staff is great and some are genuinely nice and will do their best to resolve your issues (in my case, with success. Thanks Mr Anton!)

Personnel is really friendly, fast and very competent. There are a couple exceptions to that (attitude adjustment needed?), which my friends and family also noticed and discussed, but compared to the overall team high quality, it is negligible. Outside pool a bit small and crowded.

Strange

Location and air conditioning

Clinic character ... the stay reminded an intergalactic recreation island ... everywhere you ran around with the in dark blue with purple belt kimono similar robe ... had something mutant in itself - who likes it OK - we had expected a good hotel operation - It was saved everywhere on staff! At breakfast no service / all self-service / as in a youth hostel / restaurant also with too little staff / prices in no relation to performance ... ALL IN ALL MAX. ONE HALF STARS OUR RATING (but only because of the location and the air conditioning) ⭐️/2

the best hotel and value for money in La Baule !!!!! absolutely amazing - I recommend 100% and will return soo ;)

the location by the beach, the amazing facilities we can use all at the same time: beach, swim on the heated outdoor pool and the jets and jacuzzi from the spa pool. There is even free massage chairs we can use anytime and the spa massage menu is brillant (so many different kind of messages available). Lovely staff. very relaxing stay. hotel is very clean and bright and quiet.

no towels by they pool. restaurant was fully booked the all period we have been staying. same there is no 24/7 room service. And minibar was empty.
