breakfast is awesome! broad choice and tasty food!
coffee machines were out of order (2 out of 4 I think). Room service was painful to order, internet menu was once not updated, once wrongly updated. Service at the bar in the outside area was really super-slow. Pool is small and often crowded

The location
The hotel was in need of landscaping at front new carpets painted in areas the yellow ducks were distasteful the fridge in our room was broken and the bar staff in castle very unhelpful when we asked for ice the staff at front desk were lovely
