Apartments were satisfying, we spent much more time outside, but next time we will choose another property for our stay.

Location and pool area were perfect.

Very poor equiped kitchen. Bunk bed not safe for upper bed sleeping. We have to buy cleaning stuff from hand soap to dish soap and rubish bags and kitchen towels… Dish washer available, but with 3 tablets.

would never come to this place again, worst experience

we collected the keys and then had to walk with all the luggage and kids 300 meters to our apartments. they could have arranged it in a different way. making it more customer oriented. but nobody cares in this place about customer service...

-air conditioning system did not work for 8 days, 7 times master came in and reported that it fixed and only after an escalation actually admitted that the air con is broken and needs to be fixed. i have 4 kids and we all were sleeping in a 28 degree heat for 8 days, as the result of this we could not properly sleep and we all got sick. -ordered fresh set of towels and bed sheets- received dirty , had to wait for another day to get a fresh set - this is payable. -no option to order cleaning of the room even for money. -personnel is quite rude, no apoligies were made to us about air conditioning system not working for such long period of time. -a lot of the kitchenware is missing in the kitchen. Even wine glasses were missing from the kitchen - could not imagine that this is possible in Italy. -lift in the property is very small - baby pram does not fit, so you will have to carry it upstairs yourself. -the worst beds and pillows - your back will hurt entire time. none of us could sleep properly. So we had to go and buy new pillows in IKEA. -faulty very old fridge - fridge is at least 10 years old, most of our food was spoiled after 2 days because the fridge could not keep cold temperature.

The location was good.

Check in was too late. We eere with three small kids amd they knew it, they didnt give us the keys at the time that was written. They told us that on booking is written lie and that the check in is after 18:00 pm??? So we had to stay on the sun with the kids after all day traveling, we didnt have parking. And when we check out we had to go out at 10:00 am. Again they didnt let us to leave the car few more hours in front of the appartment, with the rxplanation that the new guests will come. There were no towels for all of us. No internet at all…they just say ah very strange.

Disappointing Stay

Great location close to the beach and close to the city center. Complementary parking. Spacious terrace. Equipped kitchen with dishes and even a dishwasher.

Wifi was not working and A/C was not appropriate for the size of the apartment. However, the biggest disappointment came when we figured out that there were absolutely no supplies in the apartment. No toilet paper, no soap/shampoo, no detergent/sponge, no dishwasher tablets. You can only order towels and bed linen for extra fee. We paid huge amount of money for the apartment in the main season and also a lot of money for cleaning and I just don’t get why they can’t spend few extra Euros to provide at least basic supplies and a complementary bathroom towel. I really don’t want to start my vacation with a treasure hunt for toilet paper around local stores...

Ubytování i místo bylo fajn až na malé nedostatky v pokoji. I přes to hodnotím kladně. Jediné co se mi zdálo šílené byla

Místo, na recepci fajn lidi pracují, vše poradí a vysvětlí.

Sprchový kout tekl, než se osprchoval třetí človíček, tak byla voda i v kuchyni. Stejně tak jako klimatizace. Zapnuli jsme ji a šli ven se projít. Když jsme se vrátili, měli jsme potopu v pokoji.

Lage super, aber der Rest ist renovierungsbedürftig

Die Lage ist 200m zu Fuß entfernt vom Strand Nr. 18 bzw. Nr. 19. Daher braucht man nicht mit dem Auto hinzufahren, um einen Parkplatz zu suchen. In der Wohnung gab es genug Küchenutensilien. Der Schwimmbad war sauber und es gab sogar eine Ecke für Kinder. Das war eine gute Abwechslung von Meer.

- Eine Kaution von 100€ muss bar hinterlegt werden. Es ist unnötig, weil es kein Protokoll bei Übergabe und Rückgabe von Schlüssel gibt. - Die sehr alte Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht mehr richtig und lüftet nur das Zimmer. Sobald, sie aus ist, wird das Zimmer warm - Eine der Spülkasten ist kaputt. Der Techniker war da, aber könnte es nicht beheben. Das Wasser lief runten in kleiner Menge rund um die Uhr mit dem entsprechenden Geräuschen - Der Kühlschrank stand im Wohnzimmer neben der Küchenschränken. Anscheinend wurde der neu Kühlschrank nicht erneuert in den Schrank reingestellt - Die Matratzen waren so hart. Am Ende hatten wir alle Rückenschmerzen - In unserer Wohnung war der WiFi nicht verfügbar. Generell wurde einfach nicht renoviert.

Wie gesagt nicht ganz sauber , Küche nicht genug ausgestattet , Putzfrau hat jeden morgen um 7:30 angefangen zum putzen und laute Geräusche gemacht. Und es gibt keine sofffffaaaaa zum sitzen und für liege am Strand erste Reihe jeden Tag 24 Euro !!!!

War ok! Kommen aber nicht nochmal.

Das Personal was sehr freundlich. Die Appartements liegen gut. Supermarkt und Restaurant gleich in der Nähe. 5 min zum Strand. Pool war sauber.

Das Zimmer war sehr abgewohnt. Von außen alles renoviert. Aber innen sehr sehr alt und teilweise kaputt. Leider keine Fliegengitter vor den Fenster. Es gibt aber unglaublich viele Gelsen. Es gibt keinen staubsauger im Zimmer. Nur einen Besen. Schrecklich, wegen dem Sand. Auch die Wände sind sehr dünn. Also teilweise sehr laut!

Barátaimnak, család tagjaimnak jó szívvel ajánlanám.

A környezet megfelelő volt, fák, árnyék, a tengerpart közel volt, a központ nem volt messze. Az autó parkolás az udvarban, illetve rá láttunk az autónkra .

A légkondicionáló gyenge teljesítménye miatt nem volt kellően hűvös a lakás.

Week end piacevole

L’appartamento era molto pulito, spazioso e ben tenuto. La posizione è davvero comoda, a pochi passi dal mare e vicino a tutti i servizi principali. Un ringraziamento speciale alle ragazze del check-in, simpatiche, disponibili e professionali. Unica nota per chi prenota: al momento del check-in viene richiesta una caparra di 100 € in contanti, quindi è bene arrivare preparati. Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole e senza sorprese. Consigliato!

lenzuola e asciugamani non sono compresi nel prezzo: il noleggio delle lenzuola costa 6 € a persona (informazione indicata su Booking, ma facile da non notare). Nel complesso comunque un’ottima scelta per una vacanza a Lignano!

Sehr großes Zimmer, aber für den Preis fehlten leider sehr wichtige Sachen, wie Handtücher, Decken und Bettüberzug.

Keine Handtücher, keinen Bettüberzug auf der Couch, keine Decken und keinen Föhn, wie es in der Beschreibung steht. Außerdem war das Personal sehr unfreundlich und grüßte uns nicht einmal.
