Lovely lakefront living! Perfect getaway for families, groups, couples' retreats, reunions, and more. Located 5 minutes from Bemus Point, 10 minutes from CHQ Institution. Great lakefront access with dock with boat tie-up, 125' of lake frontage, fire pit. Swimmable area on sandy lake. Two living rooms, TV/internet, fully equipped kitchen, spacious open front porch with lawn chairs perfect for relaxing and gathering. Bedroom 1 is located on the first floor and has a double bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and two single beds, bedroom 3 has a queen bed, and bedroom 4 has a queen bed and two single beds. Sleeps 12 total. Located on a quiet street near Cheney's Point. Gorgeous hiking nearby. We request summer renters to bring their own sheets and towels. Kitchen towels included.

Perfect describes our week at Tuni’s lake house. Accommodations fit our family to a T! Kids loved swimming. Adults loved view, rest, and relaxation. Will definitely return. Thank you!!!

Perfect lake view and dock access to use lake. Sandy bottom starts about halfway out dock. Lawn perfect for sitting, reading, relaxing or a lawn game. Dishwasher so rusted out that dishes fell through the broken areas. All fry pans had seen better days.

Very nice house and excellent location. Disappointed that for all that money there was no gas grill for cooking! Squirrels or rodents running across the ceilings at 6am was not pleasant either.

The house is spacious and sits on a lovely piece of property on Lake Chautauqua. There was plenty of room for us to spread out, the bedrooms are large. A first floor bedroom and bathrooms were perfect since my husband has trouble with stairs. Beds were decently comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house is older and no A/C. And We happened to spend the hottest most humid week but were comfortable with all the large fans they had. It cooled down at night. The water around the dock isnt real deep and was perfect for my granddaughter who is learning to swim. The outside porch that faces the lake gives shade all day, and if you want sun there are lounge chairs on the grass. We enjoyed spending time at this house.

This house has a huge amount of space, and you can’t beat walking out the back door and being right on the lake. The house has all the amenities you need - cooking utensils, pots, pans; charcoal grill; picnic table; private dock if you bring a boat; and lots more. Owner was really fast with communication.

We loved this house. It was way bigger than we expected. There is one very large bedroom with a living space in it, that could easily fit one family of 5. Then another large bedroom that could easily fit a family of 4. And then 2 other single queen size bed rooms. 2 living rooms and 3 bathrooms. The property was flat, so not difficult to walk out to the dock. We hooked a fishing boat and a pontoon boat up to the posts off the dock. The water is perfect height for kids to swim off the dock. And the location was perfect for kayaking. The only negative I have is that the house does need some tlc with things like the windows and there is not air conditioning. But the house was extremely comfortable and well cared for in a cleanliness sense.

We had a family lake vacation and really enjoyed the spacious house, yard, dock and use of extra kayak. The lake was more algae green than we hoped for but we still had a wonderful stay. Owner let us park a our boat trailer across the street which was very nice. House is older but very well equipped for lake life.
