Location good for Euro 25 game in St. Gallen

Location to train station Room was a great size Great shower

No staff available after 11am on a Saturday. Doesn't mention this on website. Only after you book.

Good location - a little over priced.

Location of the hotel was good for commuting to nearby St Gallen for the Euro's. Parking was convenient. The rooms were clean and tidy, with plenty of space & well presented. The breakfast was good once we had understood how it was delivered/presented. The staff in reception were friendly and helpful, as were most staff, and we were made to feel most welcome.

Electronic key did not function on our late return to the Hotel - it took quite a long time for this to be sorted since there was no one at reception. The lady at breakfast was not helpful and somewhat abrupt/unhelpful which was unfortunate - she made us, and other pople from Wales, and UK feel uncomfortable (we are multilingual so it is unlikely it was just the 'language barrier'"Manieren machen einen Menschen aus") The hotel itself was very expensive for one night - perhaps they were cashing in on the Euro's being held nearby.

Staff were very helpful. Car parking was free and fine.

Restaurant closed at 2.00 p.m. no evening meal. No tea or coffee facility in the room. No air con, room was very dark.

Extremely friendly staff and comfortable room - a perfect stop-over for our road-trip through europe

The hotel, room and staff was really nice. We had a great dinner at the restaurant and the breakfast was also very good. While the city is a bit dead, it brings you in range of some magnificent mountains. It was a perfect "pit-stop" for our trip through europe.

The city is quite dead, so I wouldn't go here without a car.

In diesem Hotel ist der Gast tatsächlich König 😃. Das Personal ist immer gut gelaunt, fühlt sich selbst sehr wohl dort und ist äusserst kopetent. Der Gast fühlt sich sofort herzlich empfangen. Das herrlich grosszügige Frühstücksbuffet kröhnt den genussvollen Aufenthalt und Parkplätze sind zur genüge vorhanden. Wer SPA sucht kommt auch in diesem Thema in den Genuss. Die Lage des Hotels ist top.

Da gibt es NICHTS zu vermerken.

Prima Stadthotel nahe beim Zentrum mit familiärer, freundlicher Athmosphäre

Das Hotel liegt wunderbar nahe beim Zentrum und hat genügend Parkplätze (gratis). Obwohl wir einen Tag vor Saisonende im Hotel waren, erlebten wir alles perfekt: sehr freundliches Personal, tolles und grosses Zimmer, wunderbares Frühstück im kleinen aber passenden Rahmen. Alles hat gestimmt.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – sehr empfehlenswert!

Ich habe zwei Nächte im Herisau Swiss Quality Hotel verbracht und war rundum zufrieden. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlte sich sofort willkommen. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und angenehm ruhig. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das bequeme Bett und die durchdachte Beleuchtung, die eine gemütliche Atmosphäre geschaffen hat. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, frisch und liebevoll angerichtet – ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist ideal: zentral, aber dennoch ruhig, mit guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen – sowohl für Geschäftsreisende als auch für einen entspannten Kurzurlaub.

Ein weiterer kleiner Hinweis: Das Frühstück war lecker, aber eine etwas größere Auswahl an frischen Früchten wäre schön gewesen.
