We all enjoyed a very relaxing holiday, loved all the butterflies.

Quiet and peaceful. The villas are in a picturesque setting but fairly close to the nearby town and railway making trips into Florence easy.

The track to the property was quite bumpy and not easy on the car but the road on the Villa estate was fine. You do need a car whilst staying there as the trek to town is too far on foot especially if you were carrying provisions.

If you don’t like humid air in the room - do not choose a room in the basement floor. An another opportunity for improvement would be a cleanness of the bathroom - you don’t expect a black mold at this prise level.

Nice and quiet little villa

The host received us well and he is able to show us the property and everything that we needed to know about it. It is in an amazing area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. And the pool was a bonus.

The wifi was a tad bit slow which we were warned at the start. I thought that should be mentioned in the description though. You needed to pay extra to use the washing machine.

Beautiful location in the Italian countryside, small charming village and stunning views. Wonderful service and we got an invitation to an amazing barbecue night by Giovanni. Don't forget to visit the ice cream bar in the village.

Breathtaking and comfortable.

This location was amazing! Giovanni and his mother were very helpful, showing up the way to the apartment and giving us an extensive tour. It was rustic yet modern with a full kitchen, three bedrooms, and a spacious bathroom and living room. In front was a beautiful outdoor sitting area. The best part was the views, they were breathtaking and truly worth it. If you're staying in the summer, there is also a nice pool and a ping pong table.

Home away from home!

We enjoyed every bit of the stay. Clean, Very friendly and helpful reception by Giovanni and his brother Filippo, surrounded by beautiful herb garden and vineyard. we were even gifted with a limoncello homemade by their Mama. very blessed indeed. just a short drive and 20-mins train ride to Florence.

Toiletries - individual set for each person - can probably provide common set to reduce wastage.

Beautiful location, well kept gardens. Peaceful and relaxing.

Bathroom shower had black a bit of black mould. Road leading into the place is a gravelly dirt road so maybe not all vehicles would be suited. No aircon.

A wonderful break in the Tuscany hills

This place is amazing! We were a group of 14 including a baby and small children. We stayed for a week and wished it was longer. The location and the facilities were second to none. The staff (Giovanni) are friendy and helpful and fulfilled all of our special requests. It's a 20 minute walk to the nearby town where there are shops, a great gelateria and an even better pasticheria where we walked for breakfast every day. The pool is great, the rooms are a good size and there is plenty of shade. Kitchen facities were great too! Also we discovered that if you walk down the path towards the town at night, you get to see hundreds of fireflies during May/June. It was all wonderful!

A couple of very minor maintenance issues. These in no way impacted our enjoyment and other than that. Everything else was perfect,

Wonderfull place with Real Toscany atmosphere. Lovely pool, nice owner that was very helpful and beautiful surrounding. We had a really nice stay.

Prometteur mais un peu décevant.

Excellent emplacement, superbe vue . À proximité de Sieci d’où il est très facile de se rendre à Florence en train. Calme absolu ( sauf si des voisins perturbent votre sommeil : personnes peu respectueuses, mauvaise isolation ???). Jardin très agréable.

Un effort sur le ménage serait souhaitable ainsi qu’un équipement plus complet dans la cuisine ( il y à peine le minimum). Nous n’avons pas utilisé le lave linge mais il faut savoir qu’il est payant et commun à plusieurs appartements.

De koelkast

Sanitair was in en slechte staat met veel schimmel. Keuken in slechte staat en veel te weinig keukengerei. Te weinig handdoeken voor 1 werk en wel de mogelijkheid om te wassen tegen betaling. Slaapkamers zeer vochtig en daardoor niet hygiënisch om te slapen en kleding te bewaren, alles stonk naar champignons. ( als het ware ) Totaal geen privacy op het terras, we keken uit op de receptie en alle gasten liepen pal langs ons terras. De weg naar het appartement was niet geschikt om te berijden met een normale personenauto, onze huurauto heeft hierdoor schade aan de velgen opgelopen en wij moeten hiervoor 550 euro aan de verhuurder betalen. Echt niet normaal die weg!

Skønt og dejligt sted. Hyggelig og autentisk italiensk stil. Fin udstyret lejlighed med alt hvad vi skulle bruge. To soveværelser og to badeværelser. Stor og lækker pool med gode liggestole. Badehåndklæder til poolen. Aircondition i alle værelser Hyggelig overdækket siddeplads og tilhørende markise, der kunne skærme lidt for både sol og regn, så vi altid kunne sidde ude.
