This centrally located property right in the Ulverstone CBD is great value and very resonably priced. It looks like it has been renovated or refurbished recently. The sheets and towel quality was vey good. The bed was comfortable. Shower and bathroom area was clean, modern with good water pressure.
This compact room included a slimline desk and two chairs abutting the wall below the TV. This slimline desk wasn’t suitable for two people to sit at whilst relaxing or scrolling. What could enhance this room would be a very small table for two people beside the window. We ended up moving a bedside cabinet to the window area with the two chairs so we could both sit at a table in the afternoon sunshine.

Stayed here after arriving late on the day ferry to Devonport - the rooms were large, very clean and tidy. Staff on reception was very helpful and called us to to check we were on way as the ferry had been delayed. Were there are on a Thursday night and it was very quiet.

The room itself was fine, though given the location, some sound-proofing would have been good.
The location is noisy. Traffic noise, pedestrians talking, the clickety-click of the pedestrian crossing every time the light changes, the smell of cigarette smoke from pedestrians when the window was open. The mezzanine arrangement whereby the rooms' corridor opens onto the pub area increases the amount of noise.
