Almost everything

The staff were very friendly and helpful, which makes the owner’s attitude all the more disappointing. He could certainly be a little less stuck-up and a lot more welcoming when a guest arrives, especially late at night. What made the whole thing even more ridiculous was that it was obvious we were the very same people he had spoken to on the phone just a few minutes earlier — the guests he had specifically told would have to pay in cash and in Hungarian forints. Because of this rather unusual requirement, we had to make a considerable detour as we couldn’t pay by card. When we finally arrived, the least he could have done was look us in the eye and acknowledge us. Instead, despite clearly seeing us walk in, he seemed far more interested in whatever important business he had going on on his laptop. Apparently, the guests standing right in front of him could wait. We were treated perfectly well by the rest of the staff, who were genuinely kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, the owner’s attitude left a very different impression. Great staff. Shame about the boss.

Minden tetszett, nagyon kedves és rugalmas tulajdonosok. Jól felszerelt ház klímával és minden kellő eszközzel, nagy terasszal udvarral kiváló családok számára. A környék csendes volt, nem tudunk mibe bele kötni.

Nagyon rendes, kedves volt a hölgy aki a becsekkolást intézte.

ár-érték arány szerintem túlzó, de a balatonon minden túlárazott, így elfogadtuk
