You have to bring cleaning products!!!

Comfortable apartment with convenient parking nearby.

Didn't like the emphasis on having to deep clean before leaving or have the threat of €70 cleaning fee imposed. It's fair to require dishes to be washed up, dirty towels put in the bath and even stripping the bed but dusting and cleaning all the surfaces without even supplying the products!?! How many people travel with cleaning cloths, sponges and appropriate products!!! Ridiculous! And there was no hairdryer in the apartment. You could however get one by walking 50m across the square to borrow one from the hotel. What if its raining? All very strange and rather unrelaxing.

Foldaway bed with poor quality bedding. No WiFi until we complained and were given access to low quality WiFi. Dim lighting. Have to do own cleaning.

Bien oui.... mais attention

La proximité de la mer.

Surprise, le restaurant est un resto gastro avec également une carte bistronomique mais nous avons été surpris. Toutefois, le restaurant est très agréable, très bon. Il donne directement sur l'océan. Dans l'appartement lui-même, des prises près du canapé lit seraient appréciables. La salle de bain mériterait un bon rafraîchissement. Joint de la baignoire tout piqué 😕...il n'y avait ni éponge ni serpillière pour le ménage.. d'autres part, pensez à demander si vous voulez un sèche cheveux car il il faut aller le récupérer de l'autre côté de la place à l'hôtel d'en face... En fait, c'est un ensemble de plusieurs bâtiments, hôtel résidence hôtelière et restaurant.... Hormis cela, c'est calme, et propre

Séjour très agréable au calme

L emplacement près de la plage et avec vue sur mer depuis le balcon. Très bien placé pour faire le tour de la presqu'île ou pour aller au centre du Croisic. La taille du studio est sympa et il est très lumineux. Le matelas est très confortable.

L éclairage du studio est insuffisant. La baignoire n est pas facile à enjamber. Une douche serait préférable ! C est un peu vintage!

Schöne Lage. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Parkplatz unproblematisch.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem das Bad. Völlig unverständliche Reinigungsrichtlinien - deshalb ggf. nicht buchen. Haben nichts benutzt und trotzdem sicherheitshalber alles sauber gemacht.

Endroit parfait pour notre séjour de 3 jours.

Proche de la mer et du sentier qui longe la côte sauvage. Calme à cette époque de l'année: fin septembre 2025. Les commerces et le port du Croisic sont à 15-20 minutes à pied.

La plaque de cuisson était sale, avec des points de graisse. A part cela, rien à signaler.

Vue sur mer et calme.

Les clefs sont à retirer dans un autre établissement. Le ménage n' est pas compris. L' option ménage est assez onéreuse. Il n' y a pas de restaurant à proximité. Seul un restaurant gastronomique est sur la place qui est magnifique.

Je ne recommande pas cet établissement pourtant Le Croisic est tellement joli

Il est spacieux , au bord de l’océan , avec une petite vue sur celui ci . Nous avons été accueillis par le personnel très agréable de l’hôtel Le Viking . Nous avons pris un délicieux petit déjeuner au restaurant l’Ocean ( il fait parti du même groupe et en face de l’appartement ) il faut 20 mn à pied pour se rendre au Croisic , 5 mn en voiture, tous les parkings sont gratuits, toute l’année .

Vraiment très vieillot, du mobilier d’un autre temps , pas de rangement dans la salle de bain, hormis le bidet pour y déposer sa trousse de toilette . L’appartement est situé au 3e étage, sans ascenseur , pas compatible aux personnes handicapées et/ou ayant des difficultés à marcher.

Emplacement idéal, à deux pas de la mer. Joli balcon. Très calme. Impeccable. L'équipe de la réception a été incroyablement serviable. Sandra m'a non seulement permis de réserver à l'avance, mais elle m'a aussi rapidement réservé un taxi lorsque mon train a été annulé.

La simpatia e la professionalità dell:addetta alla reception (che comunque parla volentieri italiano avendo studiato a Bologna) ha mitigato in parte le difficoltà riscontratate nel residence

Il residence è gestito da un hotel 4 stelle, ma quanto da noi vissuto ne svilisce la categoria. Per raggiungere il primo piano una scala a chiocciola che rendeva assai difficile salirla con le valigie (non abbiamo visto alcun ascensore). Alcune macchie (probabilmente ormai non più rimovibili) sul pavimento dello studio e le fughe tra qualche piastrella del bagno bisognose di spazzolone per riportarle al colore originale. L'obbligo di pulire tutto (ripeto:tutto) prima di lasciare i locali con acquisto dei detersivi, spugne, ecc a nostro onere. In alternativa, pagando 70 euro, ci avrebbe pensato la gestione del residence
