Two nights we stayed at the Four Point by Sheraton Hotel Medan, we had a wonderful experience. The staff members were warm, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean and comfortable. We are very satisfied with the service and look forward to staying here again!

Mr Ezra the housekeeping dept kept our room clean and neat daily. We were impressed with his work and outcome. Breakfast spread was wonderful and delicious!
The renovation road works infront of the hotel has blocked access to minimart and Starbuck cafe.

Staff very friendly and abiding.
This was the 2nd time I stayed here. I was very disappointed with the room I got. It was on the 2nd floor and when you pulled the curtain back it peered in straight into the gym area. Needless, to say the people in the gym could stare straight into my room, no privacy. Furthermore, I had booked and paid for a double sized bed but received a single.
