DAS AMBIENTE WAR SCHÖN; EIN ALTES CANARISCHES HAUS MIT ENTSPRECHENDER EINRICHTUNG UND DEKORATION. Die Lage innerhalb von Tejeda ist super, ruhig und sehr zentral gelegen.

Bei Anreise war das Haus kalt und roch muffelig. Nach mehreren Tagen Heizung ging es mit der Temperatur in der Wohnung. Der Geruch aus dem Abflussrohr im Bad blieb die ganze Zeit. Das Abflussrohr in der Küche war undicht und leckte. Die Küche war zudem außerhalb der Wohnung über die Terrasse zu erreichen, was im Sommer vermutlich nicht hinderlich ist, jetzt zu unserer Reisezeit im März jedoch unschön war. Gleiches gilt für die Nordlage der Terrasse, die zu dieser Jahreszeit kaum einen Sonnenstrahl abbekommt. Bad, Küche und das obere Schlafzimmer haben keine Heizung und keine Klimaanlage. Das Bad hat kein Fenster zum Lüften.

We loved the view from the north-facing terrace, especially watching the sunset colours on the mountains opposite. Also the location, right in the historic centre of Tejeda. There were plenty of free public car parks within 5 minutes walk, with the nearest only 1 minute walk away.

It's the real traditional house experience, so the kitchen is slightly separate to the rest of the house (just 2 feet away, but still separate) and the bathroom is adequate, but not modern. It's charming and has everything you need, just don't expect a power shower!

Location is good, and the house is nicely decorated. It has a historical feeling to it.

There is no parking at the house. Nearest is 100 m away. The house was cold. It was often warmer outside.

The apartment was nice and spacious and was very authentic. There was a child's cod and high chair, which we really appreciated, travelling with a small child.

The weather was a bit chilly, but that's ok for this time of year.
