Great hotel, great people, great place

Its a small hotel with only 6 rooms, but its very nice and cosy. The people are incredibly nice and great to talk to. The restaurant has a big menu and can house 110 guests. Ive had breakfast there everyday and dinner once and Ive enjoyed the food everytime. The beds are very big and comfortable. In short, a very good hotel and I strongly recommend staying here.

There werent any big no go's in my opinion. There were two minor inconveniences: 1. I had to scan my roomcard 3 times everytime I wanted to enter my room. 2. The plank in the closet was a bit dusty. I havent asked about it, cus it didnt bother me.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

There was a lot of noise, both outside from a delivery lorry which lasted well over 2 hours in the evening then other guests at 6.25am. There is no phone in the room to alert reception to any disturbance.

Good value for an overnight near the airport

Great value for an overnight stay close to the airport. Staff friendly. Room clean and a good size. Shower warm and powerful. Bed comfy. Quiet location - shame about the couple having loud phone calls next door but that's always a risk in a hotel. Hotel website has a disclaimer about sometimes having events, which is worth noting.

A comfortable night’s stay

Nice sized room with comfortable bed. Bed linen was clean and the duvet was very warm. Bathroom was clean. Good tea and coffee making facilities in room. We had an early check out so couldn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that.

The hotel owners really need to have the significant pot holes on the drive in and out of the hotel fixed. We arrived in the dark and almost didn’t see them so drivers could seriously damage tyres and wheels particularly low profile wheels. There was a small amount black mould in the sealant in the shower so would benefit from replacing the sealant.

The location is good. We were staying as we were attending a party at the hotel. Our room was a decent size with an en-suite bathroom. Late checkout of 11am.

The room was very hot. There was a fan but that didn't help. No breakfast included in the £100.

Cafe/restaurant is really nice and serves lovely food, had breakfast and dinner, both great. Room was spacious, with selection of tea and coffee and a modern bathroom suite - what more do you need?

Occasional noise, whilst sleeping, but not really sure what it was, and it didn't really affect my sleep. Room cleaners must not have been aware I was staying more than 1 night as my travel shower gel was taken as was the soap provided that I had only opened the night before. No problem though as I used the provided shower gel and a new soap

Such a busy and attentive host who made the short stay relaxing and fun. Room was very comfortable and clean, the area was fairly quiet and the breakfast was excellent.
