The room itself and balcony/view was lovely, with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Staff were nice when we encountered them.

The pool was completely unusable. It had million of tadpoles and a frog living in it, along with other insects. This was disappointing as we booked this place for the pool. The area surrounding the pool had old and new dog poo dotted about. The room was not advertised correctly. The room description said it included a kitchen and facilities to store and prepare food. All we had was a fridge freezer. This wasn’t a massive deal for us, but we still expected a kitchenette. It should also be noted that this place is up a very large hill, it’s walkable, but not more than 1-2 times a day. It does have a lovely view. The issues regarding no kitchen and the pool were politely raised with the accommodation through text (as there’s normally not anyone at reception), and I have yet to get a reply 5 days later, and after checking out. Booking.com have also contacted them asking to get in touch with us, but nothing. This place has a lot of potential but is in need of some serious renovations and cleaning.
