Watch your head

This a compact apartment but clean and good for four guests. Kitchen pretty tiny but functional for what we needed. Laundry underneath our apartment which was useful. Fantastic heated towel rack.

Living area not quite big enough for 4 people to lounge or watch tv. The bathroom was spacious but the shower is worst design. The wall slopes over the shower so ok if you are short but otherwise you will likely hit your head. Heating wasn't consistent, seemed to turn off so rooms were cold - had to wear jumper to bed to stay warm.

Overall good

Excellent pool and nice apartment, grounds and friendly staff. Pool cleaned daily. Good recycling facilities. Great communication via email pre-arrival to explain all we needed to do.

Some cleaning issues: on arriving, there were crumbs in some of the cupboards, some pots/pans had very small bits of dried food; the electrical fascia was missing from 2 sockets and the wi-fi was non-existent in the actual apartment, but could be accessed outside

A good place for a short stay in the area

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The downstairs toilet had no sink, and there was no hanging space in the main bedroom storage.

A good location for the D Day anniversary events and touring Calvados. Cabourg is a pleasant town with a good beach and restaurants. The Tourist Information office is nearby and they were very helpful.

The shower is difficult to use because of the sloping design of the roof. Also we needed to buy cleaning materials which could have been provided. The French law about male swim wear is ridiculous and meant I did not use the pool at all.

Super établissement pour être proche de toutes commodités. Aussi bien du centre de Cabourg que de la mer et les commerces. Le personnel était sympathique et le logement très agréable. Le parking avec sa place attitrée, c'est génial. Je recommande ce site.

Le logement n'est pas vraiment insonorisé ni le bâtiment. Bien prévoir, ce qui était notre cas, le petit nécessaire pour la vaisselle et ménage. À part une pastille lave vaisselle, il n'y avait rien d'autre. Dans d'autres Odalys il y en a, c'est pour ça. On avait demandé deux lits séparés, que le grand lit était préparé mais le personnel a su réagir pour apporter les draps manquants.

L'appartement n'était pas clairement décris sur l'annonce. L'appartement était bien trop étroit pour 4 personnes. Il était sous les combles avec très peu de luminosité, situé au dernier étage, à mon age c'est compliqué. Lave-vaisselle rouillé, canapé-lit hors d'usage. La piscine chauffée était en panne.
