May do it again

Staff were friendly and tried to resolve all the complaints we had. Got a free upgrade after we were not happy with the first room and we were even given some welcome goodies by the manager she is absolutely amazing.

All the things we didn’t like was resolved so it’s generally a good place

Great value for a tight budget!!

I loved the food, the wonderful view of the Harbour and Robin Island, the staff was very friendly and it was overall an amazing stay.

There really wasn't anything not to like but if i had to say something it would be the wifi which wasn't that good everywhere in the room.

The location is a bit confusing if you are not used to the area

The bar lady was rude and not helpful. No lemon in the bar and had to wait for her to take her time to fetch some in the kitchen. My drink was left on the counter. Glasses not cold. No cocktails available event though a menu was there due to the fact that they had no mixers. Asked room service twice the same night for an ash tray - no effort made to provide 1.

Only thing I suggest is a pools heater not to warm they water but just to take then chill out. Water was very cold

Good value for money with an opportunity to fine tune

Breakfast was excellent and staff always on the ground to ensure food supplies are consistently available. Front desk staff also very helpful. The habour view by the pool area was great! Great fresh white towels and bedding!

Inconsistent supplies of complimentary shower gel. Staircase hallway not properly cleaned and does not smell fresh. Very few sitting around the pool for such a big hotel. The single power socket in the room is overtaken by events given that we are now all about tech.

No this is not what i used to stay in my past visits I visited this place 3 time before and it was excellent place to live but this visit disappointed me

The bathroom basin was blocked The tv remote never worked even 5 time replaced Room quality was poor Morning breakfast staff at reception was very questioning how many people you have to pay and things like that

I liked the comfort and that it is part of a group like Tsogo sun

The reception where check-in occurs had drunk, unsavoury and uncouth people who were hanging around as if it was a brothel they were making sexual gestures and interfering with us as we were trying to just check in, I think a security guard should be there to remove such people and guests (bus loads of people) should be better vetted or explained the rules and etiquette of a classy hotel

Awesome and memoriable birthday experience.

I was travelling for my birthday and the reservation team made sure to execute my birthday surprise. I loved it somuch. I was even upgraded to an executive room for free. The cleaning staff did a sterling job. I liked everything from the warm welcome at the reception, the cleaning staff, everyone was friendly

The Breakfast was exceptional..

The fact that the rooms don’t have a bar fridge ateast, and when we called front desk to inquire about this the lady at the reception whose name is Takalani failed to tell us that in each floor there’s an ice machine only found out from other guest later.. overall the stuff was not pleasant.

Great location and the breakfast was lovely. We could see table mountain from the balcony.

We were placed in room 725. There was a crack in the bath tub and the toilet seat wasn't stable. The bedding and room was clean but it wasn't smelling fresh. As a guest, when you walk into a room you're suppose to get a sense of freshness.

The cleaning staff did a good job in our room but the corridor was dirty

They had a group of soccer tournament kids who were so loud even at night, running around the hotel unsupervised, placed next to our room, they were even playing soccer on the corridor

I travelled with my Mother for a show in Cape town. i requested twin bed in a king room. They was not able to provide us with that. The very friendly lady at the reception moved us to a different room with 2 dbl beds. She was very kind and helpful. All staff we cam across was very friendly and greeted us with a smile.

The reception staff was friendly

Th breakfast was not good. The carpets are really dirty. And the rooms were not clean. I watched a cleaner take my used coffee mug and dip it into a bucket of brown dirty water and wipe it with a dirty rag that she was using to clean the rest of the room.
