Great room, good lounge, beautiful view.
We understand that during covid-times it’s difficult for hotels to get foreign guests. And we don’t mind to be extra checked. But please, do it correct during check-inn. The staff made photos of our wrong visa, and came to our door at 22:30 to make photos of the correct one. Our daughter woke up because of this. But the next morning at check out we were asked to show our correct visa again. The staff member that made the photo the night before, didn’t put them in the system. Three times showing your visa makes you feel like if there is something wrong with you. Very unpleasant. This also went like this with the QR code. At check-inn they forgot to ask it and so they called at 23:00!! We told them we had enough of this and we would show our QR code at check-out the next morning. So, good hotel, but staff need some extra training.
