great location, close to trails and ski slopes as well as restaurants, privacy, well equipped and clean, amazing quality for price ratio
the only minor inconvenience was that the toilet seat was broken (I think the glue let go) but it is truly a minor thing as we put it back together

Big rooms, quiet, warm apartment. Location ok but quite long distance to Jasna.
Bathroom was not clean. Like they forgot to clean it after previous guests. I suggest to buy a new frying pan.
