A Wonderful Gem

An excellent property that met our expectations and beyond. We'll equipped, modern facilities and spotlessly clean. Tranquil and magnificent location. Our host, Madame Richard was very friendly and helpful. The two cute little goats in their enclosure put smiles on our faces. We highly recommend Gite La Gernelle and hope to come again in the future.

Lovely stay and the accomodation was lovely.

Lovely Gite, in a lovely location with some pet goats as an added bonus :)

Its loacted at the top of a fairly steep hill which, after a few trips up and down gave our calfs a propper work out.

The gîte has everything you need and was spic & span clean. The host responded very quickly to our questions.

Shower was good. Bedroom was nice and roomy. The lady was very friendly.

This is not a "whole house". There are apartments next to you and above you and the host also lives there. It was VERY noisy. You could hear the neighbours talking, going to the bathroom, everything. There was a drilling screaming sound from the pipes whenever they were using water or something I guess. There was scraping on the floors when they were cleaning the apartment above us. It was not very clean. There were no towels in the kitchen or in the bathroom so bring your own. Our French is not very good so we couldn't really talk to the host about anything. We were traveling in the hunting season which apparently is still a thing in Belgium, so we were unable to do much of the hikes we had planned.

Very friendly host, everything was clean, everything we needed was available. Great location, quite surroundings and still on walking distance from the center of Bouillon.

Bbq voorziening: kleine weber, perfect voor 2, alles voorzien om te bbq-en, enkel de rooster is aan vervanging toe.

Hele prettige ontvangst, van alle gemakken voorzien. Leuk ingericht, goed bed, alle ruimte in het huisje, fijne douche, buitenterrasje ook mooi.

Prachtig verblijf op mooie locatie

Prachtige locatie en rustig gelegen, mooie uitvalsbasis voor het maken van heerlijke wandelingen. Faciliteiten meer dan prima en hele vriendelijke hosts. Het is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar, zeker gezien de prijs / kwaliteit wat je ervoor krijgt. Mijn complimenten!

Alles was zooooo netjes en zo modern gerenoveerd. Van alles aanwezig. Zowel binnen als buiten heerlijk vertoeven.

De ligging. Een tuin en een balkon. Voor en achter zon!! Vriendelijke ontvangst. Kasteel van Bouillon. Vogelshow bij kasteel was fantastisch!

Niets bij het huis. Alleen bij het kasteel moest je een combitickets kopen. De entree voor alleen het kasteel kon niet!

-moderne Ferienwohnung - ruhige Lage im Grünen - Terrasse und Balkon - Grill - sehr schönes und sauberes Bad - viele Küchenutensilien - Wanderungen können direkt am Haus gestartet werden

-Nur Barzahlung -keine Handtücher -Sessel schon etwas abgenutzt -keine Spülmaschine -Gastgeberin spricht ausschließlich französisch. Grundwissen in Englisch sollte im Tourismussektor vorhanden sein.
