    a little on the expensive side, but worth every penny. The staff was kind and amazing, always helping with whatever we needed and the place is always nice and clean. I’d stay here for all my future trips to Tel Aviv.

    We arrived for a short romantic weekend, the hotel and the area met most of our needs, it's just a shame it was a bit expensive, but overall it was worth the choice.

    I'll start by saying that this hotel is not suitable for families with young children. Advertising it as a family-friendly vacation is misleading to the public. From there, it only got worse, with some of the worst service I’ve experienced at any Isrotel hotel. Except for one front desk clerk (Hadar), who was truly kind and patient, the rest of the staff gave off an attitude of indifference and lack of empathy. The hotel gave the kids a cute bag with a plate, spoon, and soap — a really lovely gesture. But when my little one played with the soap in the bath, it got into her eye and caused a terrible burning sensation. She cried nonstop for 20 minutes, and her eye kept watering for an hour. The hotel's response: “That’s strange. It’s never happened before. We give it out across the entire chain. Maybe your child is just very sensitive.” The pool is not appealing at all — very small, mostly covered, and even chilly most of the day, and we’re here in mid-August. We’re in a room for two adults and two kids, and since we arrived, we’ve had to call daily to get extra towels because they only ever left us two. As for water bottles — we’re four people, and they only left one bottle each time. Every time we called to request more, we were made to feel uncomfortable, until we eventually gave up and bought water outside. This experience was truly disappointing and absolutely not worth the price. We will not return and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to families with toddlers.
