    I stayed at the Saii Laguna for 7 nights with my wife and 3 girls, 19, 15, and 8. We were looking for something exclusive, away from the touristy and busy streets and chaotic night life. Staying at the Saii have us exactly that. The Laguna has everything and something for everyone. The private beach front is super clean, not crowded and you can catch breath taking sun sets just walking along it in the evenings. Just a stone's throw away are several beach clubs, some of them offering sheesha by the beach. The free pontoon boats and free shuttles give you access to the entire 1000 acre development which is green, secure and luxurious. There are several activities to indulge in like the pool area with a fun slide, squash and tennis courts, archery, table rennis, pool and free non motorised sports like kayaking. Must visits while you're there is the Canal Village, which is a 10 minutes boat ride for coffee, ice cream, snacks etc. Right outside the Laguna you will find Boat Avenue and Porto De Phuket, which are very well developed with food streets with a wide array of local and foreign cuisines and fast food. Convenient stores, cafes, shopping, clubs, massage places all within walking distance. Similarly the Bao Tang area is a misty visit on foot. The whole experience feels like you are in an exclusive, safe and beautiful town within Phuket surrounded by greenery, lagoons, beach and top architecture. You will specially enjoy, the beach, swimming, walks, sunsets, massages, sports, the delicious food, the very week equipped club lounge with spectacular views of the lagoon. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with modern amenities and have that little extra sitting space. However, it's the people, the staff and the service, which is what makes a resort shine and a holiday memorable, otherwise no amount of amenities can make up for it and in that department Saii exceeds as their staff and service is exceptional. Right from the person who opens your car door, to the brilliant front desk, the live music, the servers, everyone is eager to please and lend a helping hand. A special shout out to Natalie and her team at the front desk who made our stay amazing!

    Great hotel , very Tasty breakfast and food options . I wish there was a playground for bigger kids . Amazing beach . Great alcoholic drinks . Very convinient app where you can ask questions and request services . One downside is that the lakes are infested with monitor lizzards so i was scared to use the watersports. The pool was clean , rooms cleaned everyday , we felt very taken care of . Nespresso machine made our mornings feel feel good :)

    The hotel’s facilities, staff and service are all great. As a solo traveller, I was looking for a place that was less family focused so it’s down to personal preference.

    No direct access to the beach if you are in a beach front king at the 3rd floor. Below average breakfast. No smoking in the beach area
