The situation and views. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the kitchen was superbly equipped.

The only problem for us was the terrace furniture. We needed comfy chairs - everything was uncomfortable wooden benches.

The box parking is not practical, it was not used by any of the tenants. The agency that renta out the place kept communicating to us in German although we wrote in English. Their communications were unnecesaarily complicated and hard to understand Extrenely late check in and early check out: On the day of check in, the agency was insisting that we check in at 4pm as opposed to 3pm as cleaning was not finished. We got there at 3:30 and there was no sign of cleaning so we fail to underatand why they do that.. The cleaning of the apartment was superficial, dust in the cupbaords, dirty pots and pans. The toilet smelled of urine, lots of cigarette buds in the garden and teracce area.
