Everything was excellent from the reciption staff and their hospitality to the room service crew they were cheerful and willing to help us.
The resturant experience was also great and the staff were very helpful to cater our needs!
The only annoying thing was Door key will need to be reprogrammed. Some days the room service were a bit noisy when they were cleaning the other rooms

Cleanliness is amazing, location is perfect, security really good, house keeping was on top, i stayed around 10 days at the double tree and house keeping was amazing (good job tanu). Made me feel like home. security staff very welcoming :),
Front desk not much friendly, (might be a hilton policy).
First night of my stay, i ordered dinner from restaurant in room dining and found a dead fly in vinegar onions. I complained to reception and reception passed over to restaurent. Restaurent guy said the onions were from the buffet in the morning and sorry this has happened. We would like to offer you a dessert for this mistake. Crazy, this is not a dhaba you are making excuse. Any how after first night all my meals came from zomato. Gurugram has got some really good food and zomato was my better option as it broke my hilton trust on first day. I had my pick up and drop off booked as well but only got picked up not dropped off by hotel but any how your client sorted it. First room i was in was a deluxe room, the problem with the room is no sound proffing you can hear tv noise, phone ringing, and even toilet flushing from neighbouring room. it was so annoying, then i upgraded to premium room then it was ok but neighbours toilets flushing you could still hear.
