    We were visiting family in Brunswick so this was ideally located and priced Tram stop on the door step - very convenient access to CBD and loads of restaurants 5min away I. Brunswick Front room had a bit of noise from patrons outside at night but not a deal breaker

    Very near Melbourne university. The hotel has a in-house pub/restaurant downstairs. So can be a bit noisy. Also, next to the road, so tram/traffic noise at night. However, I didn't mind that.

    I stayed here primarily because of its location. It is right next to all the university residences. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. Few downsides are that it next to the road, so there cpuld be traffic noise at night. Also it is built above a pub, so there might be some noise from guests downstairs. There is no breakfast and you will need to take the tram to get to CBD. However, for me, it was fine given its proximity to university residences.

    Small wedding reception of 24 ,was very welcoming and food was delicious all staff were great ,we stayed in queen size room and cost was very economical. We had our own unsuited, clean and efficient room with tea and coffee makeing in room. Overall a very very pleasant stay ☺️. Staff couldn't do enough for us.
