Lucrisha was amazing when we enter at reception. We had no bookings and she showed the glamping tents as well as the other rooms and once booked on bookings she upgraded us. So friendly and loved the entire vibe.

There was lot of problems.At first we were given with tent which was not mentioned in booking.com.Then there was no hot water in the washroom.When we told then they told to use one common washroom and that washroom was having the same problem.Then they gave us new room which was good but that room had no point where we can use the universal charger.So charging phone became a big issue.

Beautiful rooms, wonderful, friendly and social staff and amazing facilities. The restaurant was ok — quite basic food and it took a while to arrive, but very affordable prices. The staff had amazing local knowledge and always tried to help with tips and bookings, the owner tipped us about some beautiful and untouched hikes which we were so happy to experience. The stay was beyond expectation. Great value for money. 10/10 would recommend.

The ease of location to all the activities and the village, the bonfire every night, and the pool and hot pool were fantastic. It felt very safe.
Everything was a bit rundown, with a mattress that seemed to be ancient and falling apart. There was a musty smell in the room. I requested a hammock that could be seen in the pictures from Zayne, who said it would be there the next day. It was being washed, I asked again, and I eventually gave up. Getting any information was like pulling teeth, and we got the feeling half the staff were bothered by our presence. One even said, "Thank goodness some of you are leaving" to us when we were relaxing by the pool in the evening, and he wanted to go home.
