Sol y Mar Villa: Exquisite four-bedroom villa high on a hilltop in Mt. Irvine, Tobago, West Indies with truly panoramic views from the back patio of lush vegetation in the distant hills, and from the front patio and pool deck the Mt. Irvine golf course, white beaches, the Caribbean sea and Buccoo Reef. The perfect location to enjoy the Caribbean in a very relaxed way. Enter via the remote controlled gate with visual monitor inside, drive up past borders of fragrant frangipani and ixora, until at the double, covered carport you enter...
Inside ... A Visual Treat! A 3-storey high living area featuring two upper level lofts. One serves as an office if desired. The spacious living area is comfortably arranged with modern furniture, and the finely furnished dining area can seat ten to twelve. An ultramodern kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave oven and two standard ovens, a 5-burner gas cook top, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator/freezer. There are four spacious, sloped high ceiling bedrooms, each with ceiling fan, an en suite bathroom with shower (one with free standing brass tub), makeup vanity and mirror, hair dryer, and quiet, remote-controlled split system air conditioning. Each room has a small safe.

Spacious, well appointed, super-comfortable, ideally situated to collect the light breeze from hills and to watch the Tobagan sun blazing its crimson path at sunset; 5 minutes from beautiful beaches with hummingbirds joining us for breakfast and fireflies dancing in the woodland each night.. our stay at Solymar was bliss! And with the wonderful Stacey, Rachel & Carlos beaming away as they looked after laundry, house, terraced garden & pool we lacked for nothing. It was a wonderful 2 weeks: thank you for sharing your magical family holiday home with us - we would love to come back!The Cameron family

We had an amazing time. Our housekeeper treated us like family. The view is breathtaking. We really enjoyed our stay. Stacey made some of our meals for our group and it was delicious. She can do a lot of local dishes eg pelau, coconut bake etc. just send her your menu and she will accommodate but keep it local.

Service Experience: From the moment I booked until my last day, Larry and Stacey were outstanding. Their service was excellent, with impeccable response times. They were incredibly nice and accommodating, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
The Property: The house itself is stunning, with breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. The outdoor area is gorgeous, featuring a lovely pool that we thoroughly enjoyed. The property was clean and provided separate quarters, offering a sense of privacy for our group of nine.
Feedback: My only suggestion would be to update the property with fresh paint and newer appliances, as well as modernizing the bathrooms. Despite this, the house was very clean and comfortable.
I will definitely choose this house again when I visit. Hopefully, it will be renovated by then! 😊
