Succah in the Desert

It is a very special and different place not an hotel. You live by definition in a very nice but basic hat no electricity and running water except lighting small water tank and gas warming

It ia a very unique place, ecological and very quiet, location is fantastic and food is great.

Conditions (toilets and cleaning, hardly electricity and no wi.fi) are rough and not suitable for anyone.

The breakfast was wonderful! The area is gorgeous... we loved the hut we stayed in. We enjoyed drinking tea on our back "deck", enjoying the night sky.. and the quiet...

The booking site was clear that credit cards were accepted. When it was time to pay, we were told it was cash only. They did take a credit card in the end since I didn't have the cash with me. Both the booking.com and the Succah in the Desert website could be more clear that it's cash only. Also, on the booking.com site, there was nothing that mentioned reservations for dinner. We did try to call about dinner, but never heard back, so when we got there, we found out there was no dinner. We did end up driving into town, which ended up being a nice evening. We didn't see anything about bringing our own towels. We used the pool in the late afternoon.. it would have been nice to have a towel, as it was pretty breezy and had cooled down. So, we didn't bother taking showers in the morning... too chilly without a towel, and our clothes would have gotten pretty wet. Next time we'll bring towels... :-)

Dinner was fine.
