great location, Nikolas and his father were great, v friendly and always responsive. superb views, good local tavernas and not far from supermarket and shops + beach if you wnnat it
In the description when I booked I hadn't picked up that there are 3 separate accommodations on the property - whilst we were v lucky with the co-guests we had it could have been v different

Great peaceful stay at Elpidas. A perfect base for tripping around the region. The houses feel cosy and rustic, and the views were amazing.
Some things were not working (lightbulbs, wifi) and it could have had a better kitchen utensils selection. But we still loved it.
