Hotel Utama

The location was good and the room was nice, however the bathroom was old and cold.

Another dishonest stuff, they overcharged us for one single night, so basically we booked for 2 nights and we had to cancel one night and they charged us for both of nights and in usd because was better to than instead paying in bolivianos.

It is a nice place to stay in Copacabana. Very clean with a comfortable bed and really nice hot water in the shower. Each room has a heater that automatically turns on for a few hours in the evening which was really nice since I stayed there in early July.

All of the rooms surround a large common area and, as in most concrete buildings, noise travels everywhere. Sounds from the common area could be heard in my room.

Great location, and the staff were very helpful and lovely. The common area was great, and we were able to store our bags during the day until our bus at 6pm.

The shower had some odd instructions, with the potential to be electric shocked (which did happen).

I stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel was located close to the town center and up a steep hill. The staff were friendly and helpful.

My room was absolutely freezing especially at nights. The advertised heating lasts from 6:30pm to 10pm ONLY, I woke up in a freezing room every morning. Only one plug worked in my room and every time I plugged my laptop, sparks flew out of the plug. Very noisy place, people slamming doors all night and staff start making noise as early as 6:30am. Very weak internet connection constantly going up and down.
