About this house rental
Row house apartment in the beautiful Loma-Koli area, between pond Käränkälampi and lake Pielinen. Own sauna and terrace with barbecue facilities. The area offers great opportunities for outdoor activities.
77 km north of Joensuu, 7 km to the village of Koli, pond Käränkälampi 180 m (length 2 km, width 1,5 km). Wooden row house flat, renovated in 1990 and updated in 2025. Kitchen-living room with 2 separate beds next to each others and convertible sofa (140 cm when extended), refrigerator with ice box. There are also a washroom, e sauna (elec. stove) and terrace. There is also an air cooler for warm weather.
You can store your own equipment in the outdoor storage. It is possible to charge an electric car from the 10 amp socket on the outside wall of the apartment (power switch is in the storage of the apartment). Charging an electric car from the housing company's heating pole is prohibited.

Nice location in Loma-Koli. Apartment was worn out and the floor heating wasn’t working properly in the bathroom. Poor ventilation. Barbeque in the patio - super! Quiet neighborhood +.
