The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Extra appreciation to the dining staff!! We were in/out our entire stay participating in the Carnival Festivities. The Dining staff took special care to make sure we were fed and hydrated. They even helped us get into our costumes.
There were quite a few hidden fees between booking, checkin, and checkout.
Other than that we had a great experience.

Great location on coast. Good facilities.
Looking tired - needs some paint in places. Pools not kept as clean as in the past.
Our room was not made up 2 days running despite bringing to attention of housekeeping

The staff was amazing. They were always willing to help. They kept the hotel very clean.
There were no staff in the pool area. You had to go get your drinks yourself. You always need at least two people at the bar. There were always long lines. There were no entertainment. The little entertainment you did have, was so boring. You wouldn't even play music around the pool area. I was bored my whole entire trip.
