*** Full Condo Generation coming in 2026. Currently, Sapphire Village has partial generation which our condo can utilize to run the refrigerator or fan or medical device. Very soon, our community will have FULL CONDO generation. So ask if this is a concern. As of 7/22/26, the Association is waiting on WAPA to come out to do their part of the work to finalize this project. ****
The two most frequent comments in our reviews relate to the comfort of our king-size bed and our breathtaking views of the islands. Our location at Sapphire Beach is walkable to the beach and a few minutes away from Red Hook, a popular dining and shopping area plus ferry to St. John.

Our beach front community is full of amenities: 2 pools plus a restaurant and bar. At Sapphire Beach, an 8 minute walk away: 4 excellent restaurants offer: breakfast sandwiches, coffee, espresso, bagels, muffins, pizza, hot dogs, burgers, salads, chicken & fish tacos, smoothies, adult beverages, sodas not to mention the breathtaking views.

This condo is beautifully decorated and anything we could possibly need was available. By far, the best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed. Small details, like the light/fan switches being labeled, make huge differences. Pools are great but watch for the iguanas. They don’t bother you. Just outside the condo are papaya trees and soursop trees. The property felt safe. The view is amazing. Nearby Sudi’s is awesome for food, drinks and vibe. If you have difficulty with walking hills, probably should pick something further down but we didn’t mind it. I would recommend a private taxi driver or a car rental because the last thing you want to do dressed for dinner is hike down to the taxi stand. Host, Mike, was great at communication. He provided very helpful information to us prior to arrival and check in/ check out was easy. We would definitely stay here again and have zero complaints about the property.

We had a fantastic stay—the condo was immaculate, stylish, and thoughtfully stocked. The owner was highly responsive and provided a helpful welcome guide with great recommendations. The bed was comfortable, and the condo was quiet. We loved the easy walk to the restaurant, pool, and beach, and the sunrise view from the balcony was unforgettable. We look forward to returning soon.

Mike provided great tips and information about the island. The unit was in immaculate condition with great amenities and clear directions on their use. As an architect I appreciated all of the attention to detail and quality in the upgrades. Mike checked in a couple times during our stay to make sure we had no problems.

Magical Views & A Flawless Sapphire Beach Escape!My wife and I had an absolutely incredible stay. The ocean view is truly magical, and the interior design of the home is stunning—it felt both high-end and incredibly comfortable.The location is unbeatable. Having walking access to Sapphire Beach was a total blessing, and we made full use of the beach chairs and cooler provided—thoughtful amenities that made our beach days seamless. Easy parking on-site was a huge plus, and being just 5 minutes from Red Hook made for some very fun evenings.Mike is a top-notch host. His communication is excellent, and the information packet he provided was filled with gold-standard recommendations for restaurants and activities. We especially appreciated his personal tips for where to watch the Super Bowl! We wouldn't change a single thing and can't wait to come back.
